When buying a new home, I’ll work hard not only in finding you homes to see that fit your needs, but also in keeping you informed of everything that takes place. I will negotiate the best prices and terms for you and answer all your questions as they arise.

That means you have an expert who is looking out for your best financial interest.  I have subscribed to the strict Code of Ethics as a condition of my membership with the National Association of Realtors®.  The seller has their agent looking out for their interests, I will look out for yours. I will ask the questions that will help you avoid costly mistakes.  


I keep up with the changing real estate regulations.

Buying a home is not like another purchase.  Every home is different, and laws change every year and vary from state to state.  As a licensed Realtor® in Florida, I stay current with the updates in regulations, laws, contracts and practices. 

I will help you find the right home, beyond square footage and number of baths.

Browsing online is a great way to start your home search, but when it’s time to buy, knowing the pros and cons of a property can help you make the right decision.

I will help you navigate contracts and negotiations.

Finding the right home is the fun part; then the real work begins.  I will help you navigate the complex documents and craft an attractive offer the makes sense for you.  Once the offer is accepted, I will work with you with the contracts, inspections and be there at the closing table with you. 

Looking at new construction?  You need someone on your side for that too!

The builder/developer is looking out for their interest. If you don’t have your own agent, you could be leaving money on the table by not having someone looking out for you. As your buyer’s agent, I will be there when you decide to look at the property and walk through the model homes.  I will review the contracts, be there at the final walk-through and at the closing table.

What does all this cost you?

Absolutely nothing.  The seller or the builder/developer pays 100% of my commission!
