 Bill has been selling real estate in Southern California for 50 years!  Having grown up in Garden Grove, he watched much of Orange County be built.  He knows the cities, the builders, the floorplans, and even the soils.  He loves helping families with their important real estate decisions, and his experience and expertise as a broker allow him to provide superior service to his clients.

Christy, Bill's daughter, is an attorney and real estate broker. After practicing law full-time for several years, Christy obtained her brokers license in 2011 and began selling real estate with her father in addition to practicing law.  Having grown up in the real estate industry since birth, and having over a decade of experience as a real estate attorney, she offers her clients unique insights, expertise, protection, and legal savvy.

Louis is a 22-year veteran of the real estate industry.  Having grown up in Manhattan Beach, and having spent the past decade living in Seal Beach, he is a true Southern California beach boy who loves this area and loves helping people buy and sell real estate.  Louis has a bachelors degree in Business Administration and obtained his brokers license in 1993.
